Free Pickleball Coaching in Invercargill This Week – Pickleball101 at ILT Stadium Southland

If you’re looking to improve your pickleball skills in Invercargill, there’s another great opportunity this week.
On Thursday evening, Southern Slammers will be running a FREE Pickleball101 coaching session at ILT Stadium Southland, open to players of all skill levels.
Whether you’re brand new to pickleball or already playing regularly, this session will give you structured drills, tactical insights, and practical feedback to help elevate your game.
🏓 What is Pickleball101?
While the name “Pickleball101” suggests a beginner session, the format is flexible and designed to adapt to whoever joins.
If you are new to pickleball, this is one of the best ways to learn the fundamentals in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
If you are already playing regularly, the session will include more advanced tasks, situational drills, and specific technical or tactical adjustments to challenge your current level.
The goal is simple: help players in Southland improve while having fun on court.
